Day of Coordination is a service that helps couples ensure that their big day will run smoothly. Day of Coordination also known as Event Management usually starts about two months out from the day you say I do. My job is to help finalize logistics, oversee vendors, and be the go-to girl on your big day!

1. Initial Consultation: I begin with a detailed consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and budget for the wedding. During the consultation, I assist you in selecting the most qualified and fitting vendors for your wedding and reception.
   
2. Unlimited Communication Via Email: I give the bride and groom the opportunity to have unlimited communication via email. You can expect a response within 24 hours.
   
3. Vendor Management: I oversee your vendors for the 60 days prior to your wedding.
   
4. Coordinating Wedding Day Logistics: I ensure the timeline and final layout will flow with your venue. This includes one hour that I am on site at the rehearsal.
   
5. Wedding Day Management: I oversee vendor setup, manage timelines, and address last- minute issues to provide a seamless and stress-free experience for you and your guests.
